Well, it's that time of year again...the New Year! If you are like most people (myself included), now is the time to try and eat a little healthier to make up for the holiday indulgence that we just enjoyed! Give my Lemon Rosemary Chicken a try - a marinated and grilled chicken breast deglazed with fresh lemon and rosemary. It is served with fresh Italian green beans and angel hair pasta tossed with fresh Roma tomatoes, spinach and garlic. It is low in fat and calories so give it a try!
