Well, I am sitting here in the Rome airport waiting for my connecting flight to Florence. I am going to be meeting up with several other chefs to spend a week in a town in Eastern Tuscany called Sansepolcro. We are going to be spending our time visiting artisan food suppliers, restaurants, local markets and a state of the art culinary center in which I will be working on some new exciting dishes for Carino's. Stay tuned as I will be posting my culinary adventures over the next week...I am hungry and ready to go try some new and exciting foods!!
