At Carino's Italian, we are very proud to be involved in our local community and share our passion for cooking and our food.  One of our favorite groups is the folks at the Marbridge Foundation in Austin, where we teach cooking classes to a great group of people that love learning about food.  Whether we are learning how to handle knives, bread chicken, chop vegetables, cook pasta or reduce a cream sauce - we always have a good time working together.  To see someone so excited about food and learning skills to take back into their personal lives is a joy.  But trust me, we learn a lot more from them than they do from us!
