Ask anybody at Carino's - our managers, our chefs and our dining room staff - and they will tell you, we sure are passionate about our food!  Last month, we had a series of meetings with all of our General Managers in Las Vegas and we decided to kick the conference off with an Iron Chef competition between all of our top General Managers.  I invited in some of my culinary buddies from around the country and we acted as 'Chef Captains' for the teams of managers that were competing.  We had hosts, an audience, kitchens, a secret ingredient (tomatoes) and a whole group of people that love to cook!  What else do you need for a great time?  After cooking away for 2 hours, the winning team earned the right to have their appetizer "The Tomatoe Due" be the featured wine dinner appetizer for all Carino's wine dinners on January 26.  So if you get a chance, sign up for the January wine dinner and come enjoy it for yourself!  Here are some pictures of the event:
