I've been working hard on coming up with the best recipe for the new Spiced Pumpkin Tiramisu for the Holidays!  We chose to run with this flavor profile after our Facebook fans chose it over Eggnog and Gingerbread.  As you know, our Tiramisu is our most popular dessert and since we make it fresh with a mascarpone cheese custard - it gives me the ability to change the flavors by adding different ingredients to the custard itself.  For Valentine's Day I added raspberry, for Mother's Day I added three types of chocolate and now for the holiday season I am adding real pumpkin (and a little dark rum of course!).  It's amazing how many options there are for a new and exciting Tiramisu.  Now it's time to go train our chefs on how to make it for you!
