Hello Carino's family and guests! Welcome to Chef's Corner - a new forum for me to share with you, the Carino's faithful, what the latest and greatest are in regards to our food, recipes, wine and anything else that has to do with cooking Carino's stye. Through the years, many of you have asked for recipes of your favorite Carino's dishes and the secrets to how we prepare our food. Hearing from you has really been the motivation to create Chef's Corner and I even decided to take it a step further - let's put some videos of these recipes on the site so that you can give them a try at home when you are in the mood to do some cooking!
To start, I chose 5 of our more popular recipes and tailored the recipes to portions that you can prepare at home. We then shot cooking videos in my own home kitchen so you can see exactly how I prepare these great tasting, fresh dishes myself. Shooting these videos in my home was a blast - we have a great production crew, I had my right hand man Chef Ray Gallagher helping out and of course my assistant was on hand to help out as well (My daughter Veronica). So check out the 'Recipes' and 'Video and Media' tabs on the site to learn how to do them yourself. So grab your apron, heat up your stove and let's cook some great Italian meals!
