What charges apply for deliveries?
$20 or 10% of the total food and beverage (whichever is higher) – Delivery includes set-up.
How far will we travel to deliver/cater an event?
25 miles from the closest restaurant location.
What charges will apply for “out of area” delivery or serviced event?
Will vary by distance.
What charges apply for service?
Will vary by size of the event and desired service style.
What is included in the service charge?
3 hours of service from a team of catering professionals - # of servers will vary by # of guests.
Can I request more Servers than what is “included” with the standard service charge?
Yes.
What will the food arrive in?
Whether you are picking up or we are delivering, all catering menu items are packaged for travel.
Will you supply alcohol?
We cannot sell alcoholic beverages outside of our restaurants.
Do you provide disposable plates, cups and meal kits?
Yes, upon request.
Can I make rental arrangements through you (i.e. linens, china etc.)?
Will vary by location.
Do you have cake cutting services (for weddings) available?
Yes.
Do you provide ice?
Yes, upon request.
What will the servers/bartenders wear?
Similar uniform as they wear in the restaurants (black shirt/chef coat, black pants).
Will the service team help with set up and tear down of tables?
Yes. The service team is able to help with this during their 3-hour time commitment
If you don’t have a place for my event, can you recommend one?
Will vary by location.
What payments do you accept?
Cash and all major credit cards.
Do you provide tax exempt sales with proper documentation?
Yes.
