Health Care Benefits

  • Immediate Eligibility - no waiting period

  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
    • PPO coverage with choice of plans in all company markets.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
    • Fired Up, Inc. offers two types of Spending Accounts (Health Care and Dependent Care) to help our Managers pay less in taxes as they pay for routine health and dependent care expenses.
  • Term Life Insurance and AD&D
    • Fired Up, Inc. automatically provides Basic Term Life and AD&D insurance at no cost to our Managers. We also provide coverage for your Spouse/Domestic Partner and Children.
  • Disability Protection
    • We understand that a disability can happen at any time. At Fired Up, Inc. we provide company paid Short and Long-Term Disability Plans that pay in conjunction with a salaried continuation plan.
  • Supplemental Term Life Insurance
    • Managers have the option to increase their own life insurance coverage with this plan at a nominal cost.
  • Spouse/Domestic Partner and Dependent Life Insurance
    • Managers who enroll in Supplemental Term Life Insurance also have the opportunity to enroll in a plan that provides Life Insurance benefits for their Spouse/Domestic Partner and/or Children.
  • Domestic Partner Benefits
    • Because we value diversity in the workplace, Fired Up, Inc. offers our Managers the opportunity to cover a qualified domestic partner under our Insurance Plans as a dependent.

Retirement Benefits

  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
    • The 401(k) Retirement Plan helps you save money while deferring taxes. Fired Up, Inc. matches 25% up to a maximum of 5% of your contributions.

Time Off Benefits

  • Paid Vacation
    • Fired Up, Inc. offers paid time off to allow you time to relax away from the workplace.
      • Date of hire through 4th year of employment = 3.08 hours accrued bi-weekly
      • Beginning 5th year through 9th year of employment = 4.62 hours accrued bi-weekly
      • Beginning 10th year and beyond = 6.15 hours accrued bi-weekly
  • Holidays
    • Fired Up, Inc. observes Thanksgiving Day and December 25th as paid holidays for management.
  • Paid Leaves Include:
